How To Apply

The admission are done on the basis of entrance test, for B.Pharm conducted by Dr. APJ abdul kalam Technical University, Lucknow. however the managment and vacant seat after counselling is filled on the basis of merit as per guidline laid down by university from time to time. prospectus can be obtained fron Institute personally.

 1.  Original & 2 Attested High School Marksheet copy

 2.  Original & 2 Attested High School Certificate copy

 3.  Original & 2 Attested Intermediate Marksheet copy

 4.  Original & 2 Attested Intermediate Certificate copy

 5.  Proof of UPSEE Rank (applicable for UPSEE alloted Candidate)

 6.  Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

 7.  6 Colour Photographs

8.   Original Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST) if applicable

 9.  Income Certificate

 10.  Character Certificate

 11.  Medical Certificate

 12.  Domicile Certificate
